Shipping policy

All packages are shipped via FedEx, UPS or USPS.Shipping rates are calculated based on weight, the availability of items and the shipping options selected. Shipping charges are non-refundable and are determined by the carrier. 

Please allow up to 3 business days to process orders and a confirmation email will be sent with shipment details. Orders shipped in the United States will arrive 3 to 7 business days after processing time. Due to current conditions, you may experience shipping delays and longer response times.

For local pick up orders:

Please allow 2-4 days for order to be prepared.
An email confirmation will be sent when order is ready.
Pick up times are 10am - 2pm Monday - Saturday.
Bring your confirmation email when you arrive to collect your order.
