Q: Are BAAS products tested on animals?
A: No, BAAS does not test on animals. All products are cruelty free. 

Q: Should I be concerned about allergic reactions to BAAS products?

Q: Do the BAAS products have an expiration date?
A:  Most products are good for 6 months to 18 months after opening.  To ensure the freshness of your product, make sure that you tightly close or seal after use and store at room temperature.

Q: Are BAAS products made with all natural ingredients?
No they are not, h
owever, several of our products are vegan, paraben free, sulfate free and alcohol free. They include antioxidants, vitamins, oils and certified organic extracts. Review the full list of the ingredients included on the back of each of our products and on the product's page of the web site.

Q: Are BAAS products good for all hair types and styles?
A: Although every person's hair traits can be different - curl pattern, texture, thickness, porosity, color, elasticity and length -  they all need products that promote optimum health! Whatever your traits and whichever style you choose to wear, BAAS products can be used to keep your hair healthy and maintain your style. The key is knowing how to use the products! Q: When will I receive an online order confirmation?
A: After you complete the checkout process, the order summary page will confirm the details of the order you have placed and an order confirmation will be sent to you via email. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information via email.

Q: May I return my order or get a refund?
A: We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. All sales are final. 

Q: What if my order is wrong?
A: If your order arrived damaged or defective, a refund or exchange will be issued once a photo and shipping details are submitted to All unopened and unused orders must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date. Please keep in mind, the consumer is responsible for shipping charges.

Q: How can I track my shipment?
A: You can track your shipment by using the tracking number you receive via the shipping confirmation. 

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: The processing time for orders is 1-3 business days. After that, delivery time within the United States is generally 3-7 days. The delivery method you choose will determine the length of time it will take the shipment to reach its final destination once it is shipped. You will receive a tracking number via e-mail confirming that your order has been shipped.

A: All shipping rates are calculated by UPS, FedEx or USPS based on weight and delivery method.

A: At this time, we do not ship internationally, but plan to provide this service in the future.
